The Mobalpa brand on the podium of Capital magazine
Capital magazine, in partnership with the Statista Institute, offers its readers a ranking of the 359 best brands in France in 137 different sectors. This label is issued after an online survey of a panel of 20,000 consumers by the Statista Institute.
For this 3rd edition, Mobalpa is positioned in the 2nd place of the best kitchen brands with an overall score of 6.76 / 10. This label highlights the excellence of Mobalpa's services to its customers, employees and partners. Indeed, the Statista study was conducted according to three criteria: the attention paid to the clientele, the level of expertise of the stores, the willingness of the respondents to recommend these signs around them.
Customer satisfaction remains at the heart of the concerns of Mobalpa, which guarantees total and personalized support for its customers throughout their kitchen, bathroom and storage project.
Based on French manufacturing, the network offers its customers solid guarantees: 10 years for furniture (parts, labor and travel) and 25 years for parts (hinges and furniture slides). Concerned about quality, in 2002 Mobalpa obtained ISO 9001 (2000 version) certification for its quality management system, and is ISO 14001 certified for its environmental management.
